LUCA ROMANO IS GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF BAULI GROUP

Verona, 19 February 2024Bauli Group strengthens its management team and appoints Luca Romano as new Group Chief Financial Officer.

As of 1 February, Romano is in charge of financial management at the leading confectionery Group in the important new phase of boosting growth in Italy and on international markets.

The manager has a long international career in finance and management control at leading companies in the food & beverage industry.

After graduating from Milan’s Bocconi University in economics and commerce, Romano gained his first professional experience in Unilever from 2001 to 2008, holding posts of increasing responsibility before becoming Supply Chain Finance Manager.

He then continued his career in PepsiCo. Italy, where he was promoted to Senior Planning Manager, and in 2012 moved to Campari, where over the last eleven years, before joining Bauli Group, he held senior roles at global level, first becoming Senior Director Finance in Jamaica, then CFO Americas, and finally Campari Russia General Manager.
