Training

In our company, training means investing in people to enhance skills and knowledge.
It was in this spirit that the Bauli Future Academy was created, an experiential training course for our younger staff members, working in different areas of the company, in order to give them the expertise necessary to build the Bauli of the future.
This year-long training experience involves a number of different thematic pillars: relational skills, time management, project management and methods of innovation.
