Over the course of a century, we have built a strong leadership position in the field of festive desserts, while it was in the 1990s that we entered the world of bakery products for daily use. In this area we have developed a prestigious standing for our brand by means of a wide range of products, ideal for all sorts of requirements and consumption opportunities.
We are constantly engaged in our strategy of diversifying the business lines of all the Group’s brands: Bauli, Motta, Alemagna, Doria and Bistefani.
We have thus moved further afield with respect to our confectionery traditions, adding savoury lines in addition to gluten-free products, snacks and protein bars.
